My walk with the Lord - Veiled Free Apparel

Through a recent collaboration with Veiled Free Apparel, I am excited to share how Christ has changed my life. "The mission of VeiledFree is to inform you of the gospel, connect you with people who have surrendered their lives to Jesus, and encourage you to find that same sense of freedom." Their Christian based clothing brand donates part of sales to various organizations. Their clothing is made to spread awareness of the gospel, and to give you an opportunity to share with others your story.
I have grown up in a Christian family, where I have gone to church my whole life. I was saved when I was 8 years old, and I have devoted my life to living like Christ. I look at the world, and think of how many people need to hear the Gospel. At church, I have learned that there are over 6,000 unreached people groups that have not heard the gospel. The Lord will not return until every tribe and tongue has been reached. Therefore, as a christian we must be part of the global mission, in reaching those who have not heard the Gospel. I am an active member in my church, and in our youth group, we have focused on this topic lately. It has opened my eyes to the fact that we are very fortunate to have the opportunity to share with others, and we must take advantage of it. There are opportunities all around us to witness to others, in a store, at school, etc. Being a christian is not just a title, it is a new way of life. It should change the way you see and think about things. Our mission as Christians is to bring others to know the Lord and praise him. I hope this testimony will witness to whoever reads it, and will bless your day!
Here is my favorite bible verse that I just want to share, "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be 'discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9

A trip to the Pioneer Woman's lodge & mercantile

To start off my Spring Break, my family went to Pawhuska, Oklahoma to visit the Pioneer Woman's lodge & mercantile. My Mom especially has watched her shows for a couple years and she has tried some of her recipes. We decided it would be fun to go tour where she films her cooking shows and stop at her mercantile for a little shopping and delicious food! When we first arrived to Pawhuska, we went to the mercantile. The line to eat was really long so we went upstairs to the bakery and grabbed some treats for a snack. They also have coffee and a candy bar! We each tried a different cupcake, and shared some knock you naked brownies. We also got some sticky buns to try for later. Then we went to the lodge. The lodge was located, basically in the middle of nowhere. You get your directions & free ticket at the mercantile, then drive out of the downtown area to their ranch. Fun fact: According to google, the Drummonds own over 400k acres and are the 23rd largest landowners in...

My time on Royal Caribbean: The Ports

I am so excited to write this post! Traveling is one of my absolute favorite things to do! This post is the second in my cruise series, and it is all about the ports! If you've ever been on a cruise, then you know there are so many options of ports. It''s hard to know which one to choose! It may seem scary, but sometimes it's okay to venture out on your own and trust the reviews of many frequent cruise goers. On this 7-day Royal Caribbean cruise, we had 3 port stops. 1. Roatan, Honduras The first port we went to was in Roatan, Honduras. We went to a place called Maya Key. We rode a little boat from the port straight to the island of Maya Key and it took about 5 minutes. When we got there, the staff showed us a mini tour. We were able to pick our own chairs for the day. There were chairs lined up all along the shoreline. There was a pier that when you walked to the end of, you could swim out to a drop off. The water started off at about 4 feet, then as you swim out ...
